• Overall Condition: Fair Condition (with Seam Flaw)

• Condition Note: Aside from the noted underarm tear, the performance fabric and zipper hardware are in great shape with no surface stains or heavy activewear wear.

• Flaws/Notes: There is a noticeable seam rip/hole located under the arm/side seam area (clearly pointed out in photos). This is a clean tear directly along the structural stitching which can be easily repaired with a basic stitch fix, but the price has been lowered to account for this.
